Installation Technician
Our bread and butter. You'll mount TVs, run wires, install audio systems, and set up security cameras alongside our lead installer. If you're handy, reliable, and take pride in clean work — this is your role.
What You'll Do
- Mount TVs on drywall, brick, stone, and metal surfaces
- Conceal wires through interior and exterior walls
- Install soundbars, surround sound, and in-ceiling speakers
- Run CAT6, HDMI, coax, and speaker wire
- Set up and configure security camera systems
- Maintain a clean, organized job site at all times
What We're Looking For
- Experience with power tools and low-voltage wiring
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics/crawl spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail — our reputation depends on it
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Customer-friendly attitude (you're in people's homes)
Bonus Points
- Prior experience with TV mounting or AV installation
- Familiarity with Sonos, Samsung, or Ring ecosystems
- Low-voltage or networking certifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Installer Apprentice
New to the trade? No problem. We'll teach you everything — from your first drywall cut to wiring a 32-camera security system. This is a paid apprenticeship with a clear path to becoming a lead technician.
What You'll Do
- Assist lead installer with TV mounts and wire concealment
- Prep job sites — unbox equipment, stage tools, protect surfaces
- Learn to run cable through walls, ceilings, and crawl spaces
- Help with cleanup and final quality checks
- Gradually take on independent installation tasks
What We're Looking For
- Eagerness to learn a skilled trade
- Basic comfort with hand tools (drills, levels, stud finders)
- Dependable — show up on time, every time
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to work on ladders and carry equipment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
